Refund policy

1. Online Purchases & Right to Cancel Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items without giving any reason. After notifying us at info@auratimepieces.shop, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

2. Damaged or Defective Items We take great pride in our timepieces. Please inspect your package upon delivery. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a product is delivered damaged or defective, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement within 30 days. We encourage customers to report any visible damages within 3 days to expedite the insurance claim process with our couriers.

3. Payment Security Our platform utilizes 3D Secure (3DS) authentication and supports secure payment gateways including Visa, Mastercard, China UnionPay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and Stripe. We fulfill orders based on successful 3D Secure authentication to ensure the highest level of security for both the cardholder and our store.

4. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Refunds Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. No exceptions will be made. In compliance with UK AML regulations, suspicious transactions may be reported to the relevant authorities, and refunds may be withheld during the investigation.

5. Return Conditions Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags, protective films, and original packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent incorrectly.
